VESSEL WEIGHING
Total Engineering Systems Pty Ltd has the expertise to install and service vessel weighing systems which accurately weigh material held in bins, tanks, hoppers, silos and other vessels. This could be a simple weight monitoring system through to a system integrated with PLC, data logging and other sophisticated plant and remote control systems. Accuracy
The accuracy that can be achieved depends upon the specific characteristics of the vessel, its situation and associated constraints. Commonly one to four load cells are installed in such systems. TES has found that a three legged vessel arrangement offers the advantage of self centering. This reduces installation time and complexity.
Electronic Loadcell Balancing
Loadcells teamed with an EMC MW61 Weigher System provide the advantage of electronic loadcell balancing. Balancing is achieved internally in the transmitter, removing the need for summing boards and promoting faster simpler calibration.
