EMC ModWeigh MW61A Mk2 & Mk3† Weigher System
The EMC MW61 Weigher Systems are state of the art weighing instruments that can be used with any loadcell based weighing system. The unit is fully digital with no potentiometers or DIP switches. The basic calibration is done by pushbutton on the unit, or full calibration facilities by an EMC MW99 Weight Indicator.
When calibrated remotely, the calibration may be done by entering loadcell capacity and sensitivity which allows the calibration of systems without the use of test weights.

Features additional to the MW61A:
- Modbus communications (independent RS232 and RS485 ports)
- Totalising
- Peak reading
- Rate of change (flow rate)
MW99 Weight Indicator
An EMC MW99 Weight Indicator display is a separate product which may be used with the EMC Modweigh family of products for display of weight, setup and calibration. It has a graphics display with easy to use selection of settings.

EMC ModWeigh MW93A Mk2 & Mk3† Weight Change System
TAn EMC MW93 Weight change system is used to control the flow rate of material passing though a weigh hopper and flow regulator. Common flow regulators used for these systems are augers or rotary valves. The processor is suitable for systems where the flow regulator removes material from a weigh hopper (weight loss system) and systems where the flow regulator adds material to the weigh hopper (weight gain system).
MW99d4 Weight Indicator
An EMC MW99d4 Flowrate Indicator is used to calibrate the system and provide a status display of the operating system. It has a graphics display with an easy to menu selection of settings.

| • Belt Weigher |
EMC ModWeigh MW95A Mk2 & Mk3† Belt Weigher System
An EMC MW95 Belt Weigher system is used to measure the flow rate of material carried by a belt conveyor. It measures the belt loading and belt speed and calculates the material flow rate.
MW99d4 Weight Indicator
An EMC MW99d4 Flowrate Indicator is used to calibrate the system and provide a status display of the operating system. It has a graphics display with an easy to menu selection of settings.

| • Weigh Feeder |
EMC ModWeigh MW96A Mk2 & Mk3† Weighfeeder System
An EMC MW96 Weigh Feeder System is used to measure ad control the flow rate of material carried by a belt conveyor. It measures the belt loading and belt speed and calculates the material flow rate which it controls by varying the belt speed.

• Batch Systems
• Bagging |
2064 Weigh Batch Processor
Controller is designed for
- batching into a weigh hopper and controlling the dump / discharge gate.
- batching out of a hopper and to control refilling.
- bagging machine installations.
- Suitable for single, two and three speed filling systems.
- Pre-acts are adjustable for the final, medium and fast fill outputs.
- Auto tune allows auto in-flight compensation for final and medium filling outputs.
- Settings to control hopper impact force and fast fill overshoot for high speed systems.
- Tuning and zero functions can be set to occur after each batch or, to maximise speed, after a set number of batches.
- An optional multi batch feature allows automatic repeat batching to reach the target weight. Ideal when the target is greater than the hopper capacity.
- 8 relays are used as outputs: batching control, over and under tolerance check, run and alarm. For direct connection to solenoids or PLC.
- Setpoints can be operator adjusted or preset commissioning values.
- A total of 11 switch inputs allow remote control of the instrument.
- Options include analog and communication outputs (user installable)

• Continuous Batching
• and bagging systems
• In-process weighing |
T65 Continuous Weigh Batcher
The T65 Continuous Weigh Batcher is ideally suited to continuous batching systems as found with bagging type applications and process weighing systems.
- Inputs are provided for up stream and down stream process interlocking.
- Gate closing times can be controlled by adjustable delay or proximity switch.
- For bagging applications the unit can totalise material throughput, stop after a pre-set number of batches or after a pre-set material weight. The second display can display total weight bagged, bagging rate or current bag weight.
- Typical process weighing applications are material totalising, batching a pre-set weight of material, flowrate measurement and flowrate control. Time-outs can be set on motion detection and failure to dump to ensure a system stall does not occur. A filling time-out ensures the tail end of a batch is totalised.
- The batch process allows for single, two and three speed filling systems.
- Pre-acts are adjustable for the final, medium and fast fill outputs.
- Auto tune allows auto in-flight compensation for final and medium filling outputs.
- An alarm system detects, logs and reports errors during the process.
- 2 displays allow viewing of weight, setpoints, total, flowrate, batch no, etc.
- The 8 relay outputs can directly drive the feed or empty solenoid controls.
- Setpoints can be operator adjusted or preset commissioning values.
- Options include analog and communication outputs (user installable).
- Power Supply 240 to 110 Vac
- Optional 10-35Vdc (un-isolated) or 24Vac
