A check weigher is a standalone machine that can weigh and reject high or low product, store and display weight information and print out required statistical information.

The Active Weighing Solutions In-Line Check Weigher is manufactured in stainless steel to food grade standards, is wash down capable and may be teamed with a conditioning conveyor and/or trade approved platform scale to suit the required application.


Check Weigher with Conditioning Conveyor
An Active Weighing Solutions Conditioning Conveyor allows the speed of the product to be weighed and the speed of the Check Weigher to be matched.

The conditioning conveyor is also used to ensure
accurate levelling of the product moving onto the Check Weigher.

EMC 2063 Weight Processor

An EMC 2063 Weight Processor irovides the core functionality of the Active Weighing Solutions In-Line Check Weigher.   The processor provides a clear display of weight and has keys to tare and zero the weighing system.

Calibration may be done with known weights or by entering loadcell capacity and sensitivity.

Weights may be totalised with the total key or the unit may be configured to automatically totalise when a stable weight is reached.

Peak weight readings are captured and can optionally be displayed.

In-motion weighing can be performed for high speed check weigh systems.

The EMC 2063 Weight Controller can be expanded to provide connection to a PLC, computer and remote display or printer.

Three switch inputs allow remote control on the instrument.
